SFN Winter Newsletter 2016

"A headquarters whose star is on the rise."

2016 marks a watershed year for Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO (SFN), as we assume new missions and roles while continuing to train to and certify in our core competencies. As this newsletter will detail, while relatively small in size as a headquarters, SFN is a growth organization in constant demand by partner organizations for its ex-pertise in high-end maritime warfare, and continues to be the sole link between US Navy and Marine Corps assets into Alliance Operations. We continue to demonstrate the responsiveness, flexibility and relevance of maritime forces for maintaining security and stability in an increasingly complex security environment.
