U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Cesar Nuñez was commissioned as a Chief Warrant Officer in a ceremony at STRIKFORNATO on 1 February 2017. Cesar earned his commission through a competitive selection process and was chosen based on his rich experience deploying on numerous warships as an Information Systems Technician and leading Sailors. By taking the oath of office, he now transitions from the Enlisted Ranks and joins the Officer Corps.
