The Naval Striking and Support Force members went through academic sessions, working groups and board discussions, focusing on the operational decision making process, cross functional synchronization, and preparation for future exercises.

As a Maritime Expeditionary Joint Headquarter and NATO Expanded Task Force, STRIKFORNATO must maintain the highest state of readiness and proficiency to respond to the full range of operational tasking. This is achieved through a programme of Individual and Collective Training, Education and Exercise.
In compliance with local guidance, COVID-19 mitigation measures, such as a strict hygiene protocol, use of facial coverings, and social distancing were applied as well as a vast use of virtual communication tools to limit room occupancy.
