Oeiras, Portugal - Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO (STRIKFORNATO) held the fourteenth Deputy Commanders' (DCOMs) Seminar (Cabal) June 29, 2021.

The event, hosted by Rear Admiral James Morley, STRIKFORNATO's DCOM was attended by Lieutenant General Stuart Skeates from Joint Force Command Brunssum, Rear Admiral Andrew Betton from Joint Force Command Norfolk, and Lieutenant General Richard Cripwell from Allied Land Command. Additionally, Vice Admiral Didier Piaton from Allied Maritime Command, Lieutenant General Pascal Delerce from Allied Air Command, and Major General Darisz Ryczkowski from Joint Support and Enabling Command attended the event via video teleconference.

The participants also had the privilege of welcoming the Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (DSACT), General Paulo Ruggiero, in order to discuss topics of interest to both Allied Command Operations (ACO) and Allied Command Transformation (ACT).

The Deputy Commanders' Cabal is an opportunity for NATO ACO DCOMs to meet to discuss matters of shared interests, identify efficiencies, and better working practices.
